I doubled the recipe on the breading because I know we will use it several times.
Oh, yes; I did eat this whole pan by myself. Well, it was only one zucchini! I made the Caesar salad dressing it called for in the recipe (it's not my favorite) but it was okay using it to coat the zucchini before shaking in the breading mixture. The next time I make the Shook 'N' Cook Breading I think I will decrease the salt; it seemed a little salty to me.
