Don't worry-no black pepper in here! Just a good old-fashioned coffee cake. The author of this recipe had never made a cake and thought B.P. stood for black pepper instead of baking powder. Needless to say, her boyfriend got one spicy cake. This was quick and easy to make for a quick, sweet treat. My husband couldn't even wait for it to cool down; he asked me if I had gotten my pictures taken and then he dug in!
