La Dolce Vegan! Challenge:
I am so glad I tried making this again because the first time I made it I wasn't too impressed. I halved the recipe but mistakenly added 2 Tbsp. of nutritional yeast and it turned out fantastic! I also made sure to mince all the ingredients very fine including the walnuts. I didn't make my own mayonnaise; I used my favorite Vegenaise. I toasted some Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Bread and topped it with the mixture and ate it for breakfast! Quick and easy high protein meal.
