Spaghetti & Tofu Balls~pg 129

Vegan Culinary Institute La Dolce Vegan! Challenge:

I have made this recipe before and I really like the flavors in the sauce and the tofu balls but the texture of the tofu balls is weird. They just dissolve into mush. I would rather use some frozen veggie crumbles.

  1. I MADE MY TOFU BALLS KIND OF SMALL SO THEY WOULD STAY TOGEATHER ,WHICH I THINK IS THE SECERT.BECAUSE I HAVE MADE THESE BEFORE AND THEY WERE BIGGER AND LIKE YOU SAID ,THEY KINDA DISSOLVE WHEN YOU PUT THEM IN THE SAUCE .HOPE THIS HELPS!!!.HOW IS THE NEW GRANDSON DOING?

  2. Valley Vegan: I'll have to try that next time because I really do like the flavor of them. My grandson is doing great-can't wait to see how my daughter handles a 1 year old and the baby!
