Wow! It's already March and I'm still trying to catch up on February's recipes! I did end up skipping a few but I'm finishing out the last few recipes for Feb. and then on to March.

As much as I don't like making salad dressing, I really did like this one. Sweet and tangy; good combination.

A big spinach salad topped with Wolffie's Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
