Rene's Tomato Soup Spice Cake~pg. 246; Rene's Vanilla Frosting~pg. 260

La Dolce Vegan! Challenge:

Mmmm! This cake tastes just like carrot cake minus the carrots. I added raisins to the batter, too. I only made half the recipe for the frosting. It was plenty to frost this cake. I had to display my cake on one of my early Christmas presents to myself-a jeanette zeis handmade pottery cake stand. I love her stuff! Here is her link-
