Peacefrog's Artichoke Heart Pasta~pg. 133

La Dolce Vegan! Challenge:

I know we are all busy with the holiday season but it's so nice to know what I'm making for dinner.  If I didn't have this plan I would be tempted to eat something very, very bad for me!!

I have made this pasta several times; I love the fresh taste of the basil, tomato and parsley. I used Italian parsley this time which I like alot better than curly parsley.

Time to eat!


  1. Thats great you have this meal plan for the holiday!! I know I will most likely eat lots of processed vegan food over the holiday and start the new year super healthy to make up for it. The food looks great!! I have to try this except I think I am the only vegan out there that doesn't like artichokes I always substitute asparagus instead. Have a great day!!

  2. Thanks! I'll have to try asparagus in mine next time. My husband isn't too fond of the artichokes either!
