La Dolce Vegan! Challenge:
I didn't think I was going to like this one-pickles and mustard on a pizza?! But it was pretty darn tasty. Instead of making a crust I found a ready-made vegan pizza crust the other day-Freschetta Artisan Thin Crust. I was so excited I bought two and put one in the freezer for later. I also used pizza sauce instead of just plain tomato sauce for the base. This is another recipe from Sarah's book where I usually have everything on hand. Love it!
I lurve this pizza! I make it for people who doubt its deliciousness and then they ask for it whenever they stay with us! Lol
