Cumin-Cinnamon Vinaigrette ~ pg. 80

Lots of ingredients for dressing. Got to use my Vitamix blender to try this one out. Worked great! 



Love the flavor ~ sweet and tangy; tastes great on a mixed greens salad.

  1. I don't think I would dare making a cinammon dressing... it doesn't taste weird?

    1. It only called for 1/8 tsp. of cinnamon and a pinch of allspice; so it just gave a little hint of flavor.
