Strawberry Vinaigrette~so pretty!

A nice refreshing cool salad for a warm (100 degrees) day!

Kelley: I was born and raised in a small town in the Southwest surrounded by meat and potato lovers. Needless to say it's not easy being vegetarian let alone vegan. But I will continue the good fight even though I fall off the wagon occasionally. Starting this blog gives me the incentive to stick with it.
